That man has taken it upon himself to rewrite the laws of the state of New York by making individuals with prescriptions for controlled substances wait 30 to 31 days from the date of their last prescription to give them the doctor prescribed refill, no matter how inconvenient to the customer. The customers are made to feel like criminals and suffer prejudicial treatment due the types of medication they are on. The pharmacists even refused to abide by the wishes of the prescribing doctor when concern prompted the doctor to personally call and instruct them to follow his orders. They did not.
