Staff was very polite & courteous. Helped me find the book I was looking for. Had a lovely Eastern Painted Turtle named Tilly that was enjoyable to watch swimming & eating pellets.
For how depressed the area surrounding the Dormann Library is it is not a "bad place", but I do have some complaints. Not great management at this particular library, internet service is slow and none of the librarians are very knowledgeable. The cafe' has good coffee, and on Thursday night there is usually some kind of talk or music to be heard till 6:30pm which in Bath is quite late.
Its clean and some of the ppl in there are very nice..this is my second time coming to the library
