I was there December 2 and had excellent care from all the staff. I did not wait at all. I would go there first before any other local hospital.
This placemail is horrible I took my 3 year old daughter to have a tick removed from her head. The pa is the one who removed it never even knew he wasn't a dr. Not to mention he broke the head off in there and said it would come out on its own! Now it has to be surgically removed
This is the number one worst hospital I've ever been to. They take the longest time to do the simplest thing. The wait is seriously pathetic, and has been every time I came here over the last 18 years. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!
Horrible, I thought I was in a barroom with equipment, the staff have no sense at all they are dealing with sick people. I sat 45 minutes ,no one was there, listening to them laugh all the way out in the waiting room. He gave me a useless OTC for a serious infection. Run, the admin doesn't care either, don't waste your time with calling with a complaint. I guess they figure they have a captive audience. Maybe it is just the staff in the emergency room, I don't know. I am still finding it hard to believe how bad they actually were. Drive to Penn Yan if you are not actually dying.
