I can't say enough good things about Goodrich Auto Works, from the friendly staff to the great service from start to finish! Derek wrote my estimate up quickly and efficiently, and even took the time to explain to me what exactly everything meant and made sure I left feeling confident and comfortable. Two thumbs up for customer service and knowledge skills! Kayla, was absolutely wonderful! Throughout the time Goodrich's had my car, Kayla kept me informed of everything that was going on. She was very friendly and understanding. I couldn't have asked for better people to be taken care of my car! And lets not forget to mention, Goodrich's made sure i had a vehicle to still drive while all this happened! I got my car back today, and one word, WOW! Thank you to the hard working technicians who took the time to work on my car with such care and pristine attention to detail! Deer season is in-to our front grill! Goodrich Auto Works had great customer service. The quality of work was great too. They worked directly with our insurance agency, so all we had to do is pay the deductible (Nice!). I recommend them for body work. When we stopped to get an estimate they were honest and told us they were busy (because of the time of the year) and they may not be able to repair our car for 2-3weeks. We left the vehicle there so they could work the repairs in when they got a chance. One week later we get an email telling us the car will be ready in 2 days. The complete front bumper, left fender, and left headlight assembly required replacement/repair. They blended the paint into the surrounding parts but I cannot tell the difference besides for where they repaired a scratch on the left door when blending the paint (added bonus). They also aligned the new headlight beam into the correct position.
My Jeep was hit by a truck! We had it towed to Goodrich because we have used their service before with great results! Being in an accident is so upsetting but luckily, no one was hurt! The great people at Goodrich worked with my insurance company and calmed me down anytime I called them. They kept me posted on the repairs and finished the repairs earlier than estimated. They did a great job!
Goodrich Auto Works did a phenomenal job on my truck. I had a significant dent and scratching repaired and painted on the rear passenger door and down the bed of my truck. Not only did they have it looking brand new, my truck was also returned to me with the inside completely cleaned and detailed as well. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. I would 100% recommend anyone pay Goodrich Auto Works a visit for their vehicle repair needs.
